I'm specifically making a CV for myself. I'm unable to keep hold of everyone's clips unless I was to put em in separate folders with the corresponding player's name on each. I also don't trust my computer since it does do that "Blue Screen" thing, and I try to system restore from time to time to minimize troubles, but stuff still happen. Plus it's obvious we won't be able to be working on a Pit CV, or at least get some progress done for a while, that and we should be organized a bit more before we can attempt such a thing.

Well since im sure no one else has as much free time as you do to commit to something as big as you are making this out to be I suggest you yourself man up, get some recording equipment, download and learn sony vegas and make project P come to fruition on your own. I can almost guarentee that it will not get done and remain nothing, but a pipe dream if all youre going to do is play brawl and save replays while you want everyone else to do the hard labor.

If I had everything I need, and had the ability to, I wouldn't have typed a request for help up there now would I?

there's nothing wrong with asking for a little help and having a lot of faith.

but just don't be disappointed if things don't always go your way. it may take very well til smash 4's release before you can get a video with that many requirements to fill, especially if you're looking to rival mario's or sonic's combo video material as of late.

also I have recording equipment but it isn't very good. perhaps we can do this during the summer when I have a job. I'll probably have a capture card. I WANT to help do a Pit CV video no matter what. Far as doing Project P goes, that will have to wait until then anyways.

I played Coney and 4God's D3 on Saturday. After playing them, man--that matchup is more likely 50-50 or 55/45 Pit. It's not as easy as I thought it was, or either it's the player skill. Coney is very good and he was showing me that he makes pre-reads where he'll already know what you'll do an anticipate and act upon it. They can chaingrab with near perfection everytime. 4God dropped twice out of 50+grabs and Coney three to four times. A tip Coney gave me was to mash up-b once they grab because you can buffer attacks while your in grab stun.

I think that's a fair assessment, I played Atomsk and got bodied, granted he's still a much better player than me and I don't know the Dedede Pit matchup quite yet, we HAVE met online a few times in that particular mu, and I only won one set because I sharked him all to hell on Distant Planet when it was legal on AiB XD!

At least Krys has some spirit, and gave me an idea (ideas can help, too) prior to me typing all of that down. Now to find something fun to do against a Snake...

You're useless, so I don't want you, unless you want to be combo food... >;(
Seriously, this is why I usually hate asking for help, and your idea sucks.

Even back in 09, he's always going to be one step ahead of us, regardless of how much practice and experience we have with Pit. My guess is that he pretty much only focuses on one character and one character only type of thing, just like how _X_ only focuses on Sonic and no one else.

Anyway, I liked how Danny wingdashed backwards on reaction to stay out of Ness's range. Everything else seemed like basic Pit.

It's been a while since I've even thought about using wingdashing for something else than taunting, it looked neat in that vid.

I really may want to hurt you since no one wants to even try to help with what I wanted... And if we can't work together to get 1 individual player's CV done, what makes you think we can complete a Pit CCV? Admit that we're just not cooperative and not willing to be cooperative, except for MUs, which is a slow process anyways. Helping me out could help prepare for such a moment.

For one thing, people would be more motivated to collaborate on a video that they will all be a part of rather than do everything for one Pit main who was well known as one of the first good Pits in the early years of Brawl, but now is still only playing wifi while Pit's like Sagemoon, Danny, Kiraflax, Koolaid, etc actually made an effort to go out and make a name for the Pit community where it really matters. It's not that we're not cooperative, you just want people to do stuff for you when there are obviously more important things in our lives we would rather do. I'd make a vid for koolaid since he doesn't have one and has done a bit more for Pit imo.

Again, if you want the video to be made you're going to have to do it yourself. You could also pay someone to do it since a little incentive can go a long way.

Well excuse me for having parent/transportation/anger issues that hold me back! I said this pages ago, and you're always striving to annoy me. I don't need someone like you telling me what to do. And you've seem to have forgotten that I've tried to get this place to work on Pit MUs back in 2009 (and I still see those threads from over a year ago) til back then, I was useless according to many since I'm a "Wifi" player. Well I don't need no elitist offliner like you bringing me down.

I've tried getting the Pits back to doing MUs back in late 2009 (and again, I still see the threads from over a year ago) back when I was secretly working on it on AIB for months, I was an inspiration to some despite being wifi-only, I've placed well on AIB ladder with Pit only TWICE (not like it matters to you anyways) to further show my possible potential, and try nearly everything in my power online since I don't have the ability to go to anything offline, and you still treat me like an outcast! Not many even appreciate what I've been trying to do as it is. Well forget it now! I'm doing things my way, and whether they want to help or not is their decision, not yours. You could even tell me to retire, and I know you want me to, but I'm not going to, not yet.

3 years... and what does it get me... to be treated like trash, regardless of all the help I've tried to be to the best of my (wifi-restricted) ability. I even question why I'm still attempting to help... Maybe I should just either quit or just switch to another character, despite my self-accomplishments.

That's the issue AP, it's all "self"-accomplishments. Again some are willing and ready to help while others have more pertinent and important issues to tend to, and offer their advice for you to help yourself in your endeavors. Luckay isn't trying to hold you back, he literally is justifying why a lot of people aren't able to help. That isn't selfishness. At least they acknowledged your request.

If anything you should just order some recording equipment on your next birthday or christmas so that you CAN do it in case you can't wait until someone like me has the time to do it. I REALLY want to help because I love to video edit, but until my own school/time/motivation issues quit holding me back I won't be able to :c

1. Doing nothing about those issues also gets you no where. I would think a prideful Pit main wouldn't give up when an obstacle is in his way.
2. MU talk? We all help each other out with that, I don't see what makes you so special about it.
3. Aib ladder? Cool bro. You'd be so much more respected if you showed your in a real tournament though.
4. You outcast yourself, dude.
5. I'm not forcing anyone to not help you with this, but you should accept the fact that people don't have to help you no matter how nicely you ask.
6. I don't want any Pit main to retire lol
7. I'm still confused who exactly are you helping anyway? I hear more about you complaing about top tiers.
8. Yeah, you're going to switch characters with your name being Admiral Pit.

His name is actually Aegis, but that's besides the point. :troll:

Byt yea I agree you do this to yourself AP, no one is trying to bring you down bro. Just do your best with what you got, and don't take too much anyone says to heart. I believe you'll get it done.

1: When I say I can't (again, parents, transportation, and anger issues), I MEAN IT! It's as if you're trying to force and/or provoke me to go offline when I know I can't. No one listens to me anyways.
2: iirc, MU information is always important to many players who want to improve, especially against certain characters that trouble them, and don't say it doesn't help, because knowing/learning MUs do help. And you've already forgotten my Angel's Ascension group back at AIB, which eventually brought me to attempting to bring the boards back into working on MUs again during late 2009 since we weren't getting much progress done.
3: Reread number 1...
4: I rather not flame for such a response.
5: From the sound of it, you do... It made me wonder why I left this place once seeing how I was useless to the eyes of the elitists. Was I right to come back is the real question.
6: Except me, and I know you do. It's why you bash me every time.
7: It's stuff like that that makes me want to leave altogether. Enough about the top tier crap. If I argue/complain bout it, leave me be as you cannot change me. I swear, you got that influence from that annoying Green Pit from AIB...
8: I was a Bowser once before, so keep that in mind, not to mention that there are many deceiving names out there.

Point is I try to the best of my ability, and it still isn't enough to you offline elitists. I could say much more, but I rather not at this point.
