Despite what the tier list may say, this matchup is actually in Kirby's favor. You hear about the chaingrab and how it's awful, but the simple solution to avoid that is to not get grabbed. Stay out of her grab range. Make sure to put up plenty of f-air walls because those stop Sheik right in her tracks. Also, when you're in the air like that, you're where she can't grab you. If you're still having difficulties approaching Sheik, don't hesitate to use dash attack. Similar to Peach, dash...

Sheiks who platform- and needle-camp are pretty annoying to fight though. I'm starting think that you need to use reverse aerial hammers to be able to catch up to and reach Sheik in the air in a lot of situations. Bair is good too, but it's hard to chase somebody with bair since it hits behind you.
