I agree that falco is still harder, but I'm not surprised by the fact that some D3's have it harder against fox, also partly due to the fact that more information lingers on how to be falco rather than fox because fox is rarer than falco.
I feel that lucario is largely in our favor, but to be honest I've never faced an above average lucario, and I've never seen a top level lucario vs a top level dedede. It just seems like we beat him on every neutral and most counterpicks depending on the stage list, while we can easily have a very unanswered advantage on Delfino, FD, RC, and Smashville.

Also, EVERY neutral? :/ What about platform shenanigans on Battlefield? Well, speaking of above-average Lucarios, we have John Numbers over here at Stony Brook, so even though I'm no expert, I get to see some advanced stuff.
