Hey everyone! Peach and Gannondorf main from Texas stuck up in here in Kansas City for the weekend until Monday. Looking for some fresh Melee action and other fighting games too. I dabble, but mainly focus on AE and Injustice.

There's a KC SRK board on facebook but mileage may vary, smash is all discussed here, we dabble a bit in sf4. If you want to come out to our Saturday smash deal just hit us back here and someone will probably text you an address.

Hey Massive, I don't know if anybody has first dibs, but I would gladly team with your destructo-puff. Melee teams, PM or both? Either way, we could have both team rampage and grab-rest if I main'd dorf.

Also, Raith I'll bring your controller in fine condition. Somehow it was switched with my black sunflower one I can't find, and I've been using it for a week. My bad man. (Bought a new controller, but why is it that the only good deals are on new, japanese white GCN trollers?)

PPU is visibily in the "stand" action state after the shine connects, he could've countergrabbed or just hit 'a' to keep silent wolf from followup grabbing.

Again, just because you see it happen doesnt mean it's safe.
Really, this is about the same as bowser's koopa-claw release to ftilt: it appears to work on a mixup, but you can actually just hit shield or any quick attack and you will interrupt.
This is like that old argument that waveshine>jab reset is an unbeatable combo for characters that fall (hint: it isn't).

i'm getting anywhere between a 3 and 7 frame window for waveshine -> dash -> jc grab depending on marth's SDI, and that's assuming marth's fastest option works frame 1 which it doesn't.

Strongbad and Jace: Since you're in the same pools I'm assuming you guys didn't register under the same Zip Code. That's usually how tournaments determine whether or not they're grouping up local players or not.
