It's grounded footstool -> z-drop metal blade -> first two (?) hits of landing bair -> turnaround up tilt

The footstool into metal blade might be a bit impractical, but in some matches with Abadango, he uses landing bair into turnaround up tilt pretty reliably. There's a risk involved because the landing lag is pretty bad on bair if you miss, though.

If U-tilt still has those invincible frames then this is legit.
Should be tested to see if it can be countered by fast tilts or jabs.

I've found that just zdropping the saw blade out of shield into uptilt works very well too.
