Well, it is.

The condition to tech is to take damage from a vertical angled attack (or DI efficiently)
Everything I found is explained in the following video.

But first, I have to tell you it is not completely viable yet.
This is an idea I'm showing so hopefully we will get this straight : I need your help lab scientists !

Nice finding, and I'm glad this kind of research is being done. As for how practical it is... eh, I think some more digging needs to happen.
