It is possible to play Melee online with an ASUS laptop?

So it is possible to play Melee online with an ASUS laptop?My Laptop components are:

CPU-AMD E2- 1800. 1.7GHz
Memory RAM - 4GB
OS - Windows 10
Model - R503U

Melee runs slow on FM ladder 5.8.7(recent versions are slower).So it is possible to speed up Melee to full speed with this laptop and play Melee online with it?

With that CPU, it's impossible to play melee netplay at 60 fps.
You will have to use/buy a different computer i you want to play melee netplay properly.

I better stick to Smash 3DS.Smash Flash 2 doesn’t let me join rooms of anyone and I can’t start matches with players in my room.

Many old office PCs are powerful enough to run melee netplay. Perhaps you have a desktop PC in your home that you could try.
