Issues with P+Ex (Crash at css)

im installing over 20 characters with BrawlInstaller, all with exclusive csp, stock icons, bp, etc, when i reach like 7 characters added, it just doesnt boot, it appears the project+ex splashscreen but after that, nothing

yeah, i know that xd, but i want to know how to bypass it, or maybe fix it,
