Isabelle's jab is rather unique compared to most jabs in Ultimate, being one of the few jabs that doesn't have a finisher and instead is able to lead into follow ups. As of patch 6.0.0, Isabelle's jab is +4 on hit at 0% and the amount of advantage goes up as percent goes up, allowing for true combos from jab. The percent that allows for true combos is based on weight so the heavier the opponent is, the longer it takes for jab to true combo into moves. Below I will have the percents jab combos into different moves listed from lightest to heaviest. A few notes before the list:
-I did not test percents that jab would connect to bair or Fishing Rod due to their high startup, 17 for bair (1 frame of turnaround + 3 frames of jumpsquat + 13 = 17) and 21 for Fishing Rod.
-Of the moves I did test, Pocket Throw is the easiest one to combo into as it can be buffered by just holding :GCB: after the jab connects. Nair, fair and dair are the next easiest as you can buffer jump after jab and then you have 3 frames of jumpsquat to buffer an aerial. Every other move requires being input 20 frames or later after the jab connects. Inputting too early will buffer another jab while inputting too late means the opponent can potentially avoid the combo. I should also note that utilt is faster and easier to input by tapping the C stick in the upper corner of the direction Isabelle is not facing. So if she's facing right when she lands the jab then tapping :GCCUL: is the easiest and fastest way of inputting utilt. Using the control stick would require at least 1 frame of turnaround and risks you dashing away from the opponent. Jab to dash attack requires at least one frame of dash start up before attack is input, otherwise you'll get an ftilt.

-To show a visual of what frame Isabelle can input an attack without buffering jab, here are some pictures showing the last frame jab would be buffered and the following frame that allows other attacks to be input:

The only noteworthy difference between the before and after pictures are that the sparkle disappears. This sparkle appears in a random spot somewhere on the opponent or near Isabelle and there are sparkles that appear before the ones I've shown. The bigger take away from this is seeing how far Isabelle must be through the jab animation before she can input an attack without buffering jab. If jab is input again, it will connect so long as the opponent is within range of it as jab comes out frame 3 and is always +4 on hit at minimum so you can get another chance to go for the combo you want.

-I also tested how positive or negative every pocketable projectile was on shield in the event that jab to Pocket Throw is done before it becomes a true combo as most characters cannot do anything but shield, which can lead to shield breaks, block strings or just really good pressure. I list each projectile beside PTOSA which stands for Pocket Throw On Shield Advantage. I also mention which frame a projectile becomes active on if it's later than the usual frame 9.

-I was inspired to do all of this labbing thanks to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vryqd90U_P4 it goes over Isabelle's jab from the previous patches but does mention some block strings, guaranteed shield breaks and how much rage affects the combos among other things.

-For reference:
Utilt is frame 6
Ftilt, dash attack, short hop nair and dsmash are frame 8
Dtilt, usmash, drop through nair and most of the time Pocket Throw are frame 9
Uair is frame 10 when dropping through platforms although it may connect later depending on character or not connect at all due to hitstun animations
Fair is frame 13 out of a short hop and frame 14 out of a drop through and the former cannot always hit opponents after jab even when the percent is high enough due to some hitstun animations going under fair
Grab, dair and fsmash are frame 14 but grab can usually be landed earlier as it requires a frame 1 or 2 attack or invincible option to avoid.

-For the sake of documenting how much rage affects these combos, I will show how much earlier the combos become available on Sheik, Robin and Samus when Isabelle has max rage at 150%. To get an idea for other characters, just see how much of a difference there is between when the combos start without rage and add or subtract the difference. For example, every combo on Sheik starts a bit later on Mewtwo aside from jab -> grab so you can just add 1 or 2% to figure out Mewtwo's comboability with rage. If I ever get enough free time, I may lab out every percentage with max rage just as I did with no rage.
