Is there any way I can multishine that doesn't hurt my hands?

Hi, so I am a technical Melee fox main. I can multishine many times but it puts a lot of stress on my hands / palms and sometimes they hurt after playing. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem and if so what did they do to remedy it?

Use your index and middle finger.
Or just shine grab.

I learned the strum method and with a bit of practice on the motion, you can whip out JC shines of any sort at any time (including 10+ multishines) and this method doesn't heart me, unless I'm gripping my controller too tight
