Is there an up-to-date version of Ex Brawl anywhere? x.x

The old one hasn't been updated in forever, it doesn't have B+ CSS or even 3.1 file replacement, It's still 2.3 to the best of my knowledge.

Does anyone have a newer one?

This is exactly what I did a few weeks ago, since there is no official update (except with just the GCT, since I forgot to save the new txt file)

It's got a custom CSS, but not the Brawl+ one. I hadn't updated that. Sorry.
