Is there an App for HBC that allows you to run batch files?

I know all about SDExplorer and WiiXplorer, but neither seem to do it.

I have 3 batch files set up in my SD card (that use relative pathing) to quickly set up vBrawl, Brawl+, or pBrawl. Because of my recent inclusion of pBrawl to my list, I've found that it's important that I make the removal of any PSA work on characters.

Anyway, all my batch files do are simple commands like copy and del (and REM for comments). Is there an app that would allow the batch file to be run? If not, would it be difficult to implement?

There are no homebrew apps that do batch files, the closest thing you're gonna get is "DOSBox Wii" (http://code.google.com/p/dosbox-wii/) but even that requires a USB keyboard and I'm not sure if that runs batch files or not.
