Is there a mod or hack that adds in Bowser, King Dedede, Mewtwo and Marth?

As far as im aware, there aren't really any mods that add these Characters to the game.

Smash Remix 64 exists. Has Young Link, Ganondorf, Falco, Dr. Mario, and Dark Samus as well as the regular characters. Will have Wario soon.

Marth can inherit Mario Up Special, Neutral Special as Link Foward Smash as slow as Falcon Punch and Down Special is never going to be used anyway
