Is Mii Brawler still viable?

The removal of custom moves really hurt those trying to main the Mii fighters. But all hope might not be lost- Mii Brawler might still have some fight in him. His 1111 sefault size set (which is still allowed at most tournaments) is actually not that bad. Shot Put is a 15 damage projectile, Onslaught acts a lot like Upperdash Arm and can KO when used in the air, Soaring Axe Kick has a hilarious meteor side effect and can be used anywhere Kirby's Final Cutter can be, and the Head-On Assault is great for resetting neutral, or at high percents, setting up a Smash attack. His melee attacks are no joke either, with most aerials comboing out of grab and smash attacks dealing an incredible amount of damage for a fast character. And the size doesn't make too much of an impact, as Mii Brawler is still very agile and moves swiftly through the air. So what do you think? Does Mii Brawler still have a chance in a customs-off environment?

Customs on, yes

Customs off, no. He loses most of the stuff he is good at without customs

To be perfectly honest x122 Mii Brawler isn't that good anyway, I mean he's solidly in the top 30, maybe around that ~25 mark but he has so many huge drawbacks to the point where he should lose consistently to opponents who know the matchup. If the "broken" version of Mii Brawler is dysfunctional, then the dysfunctional version is not a likely candidate for viability.

1111 Brawler is okay at best, he can rack damage up somewhat well but he isn't a particularly safe character and he struggles to kill a lot more than optimised Brawler (who isn't as good at killing as some would think). Any sort of "bottom 5" sentiments were simply a kneejerk reaction, but he's definitely not good and he's certainly no better than the other two Mii Fighters.

Not viable in tournaments with scrubby TOs who violate competitive principles with their out-of-game rules restricting the Mii fighters without any reasoning.
It's hilarious when I ask them what their reason is they run scared with their tail between their legs; no response. Hope they grow a backbone and a pair so we can have a fair and competitive game, until then their tournaments are shams and I have no respect for TOs who do this.

Check out the most recent time I've asked for a sound reasoning behind the out-of-game ruling restricting Mii fighters at a Las Vegas local. Still waiting on a response why the ruling is posted...
And I heard Bear was a good TO... not in my book, sorry. I heard there's cheap shuttles down to Vegas to get people to the casinos so I could probably travel down there cheaply and play Smash, but I'm not going to look into that due to the ruling.

1111 Brawler is a master of suicide kills with Up and Down Special. Head-On Assault is tough to react to and is rarely expected. But will only spike kill at mid-high percents.

Brawler's main issue is recovering, since Axe Kick doesn't ledge snap and Onslaught only goes so far. Getting the kill is a bit harder but, reading a roll with Onslaught will kill at the right percent.

Basically Brawler is decent but can be gimped easily. Definitely not a character you should single main lol.

Uh, it kills him at 80% regardless of DI at edge of Omega Battlefield, assuming he isn't crouching.

110% from the center, 140% if crouching.
