Is Lucas better than Ness

Luca’s is not better than Ness

Ness' punish game is way better, and overall better setups and more varied kill options. Lucas' edge guarding is only slightly better, Ness still has yoyo and can harass you with his faster pk thunder. Ness' spike on dair is also more reliable. The more I think about it they're probably on par with eachother. Lucas has better recovery but that's about it.
