Fox need to be nerf?

Is fox too good ?

Since Melee has stood for an incredibly long time as being virtually untouched when it comes to modification of gameplay (exceptions include the PAL patch, UCF, etc.), it's not simple to merely question whether or not a singular character should be changed.
However, the fact that Fox is considered to be in his own tier is a little troubling, considering how nearly half the cast is perceived to be unviable in competitive play.
Although, it isn't as though the issue of one OP character in a Smash game hasn't appeared before. *cough* Meta Knight *cough*.
