Is Banjo In SSBM?

All right, I have been dieing to know the answer to this question. Is Banjo in SSBM as a secret charachter?
If the answer is not available what is the percent chance that he will be in the game?

0%,he is owned by Rare Ware and by far,no Rare characters have made it into SSB or Melee,highly doubt he's in,don't get me wrong,Banjo games are a great franchise,but don't belong in Melee...

But in all seriousness, did you check behind the character roster?
Like, with the c-stick?
People don't usually see him right away, and they usually don't know he's there.
You unlock him when you beat Cruel Melee with Pichu.
You have to KO 10,000 in one second, or else they unleash Tabuu rings.
Be sure you don't get anything over -5% damage, or you won't be able to unlock him.
