Internet connection sharing error on my nintendo wifi connector

A week ago my wifi just stopped working and I tried reinstalling the software and now it wont even allow me to install it. It comes up with a message that says Internet connection Sharing error .(6) I have enabled ICS and it still wont install, did this happen to anyone else, and does anyone know how to fix it.
