Instantly Wall jump off ledge and shoot projectile (younglink)

(Hello so I would post this in young link thread but its pretty much a ghost town and my question may apply to all characters aswell)

So I've seen some younglink players like tweak walljump instantly off the edge and fire an an arrow. (Wish I could find a video) I've love to learn that technique , I suppose its called scar jumping but I cant seem to figure out how to do it with young link, or is there another technique being used perhaps to wall jump when hanging on ledge and get back on stage while firing a projectile/attack? Thank you for any assistance.
