However, there is no warning. We have the ESRB which ensures we know what our children are playing in other mediums, but not here. Is that ok?The rating's to do with physical safety, not what it says.
That toy must have had a really heavy accent for those two phrases to sound anything close to each other, but in this case, the babbling comes out sounding like something in between "beach" and "*****". I think that they're exaggerating the part about it saying "crazy", though.It's really easy to misunderstand toys sometimes. When I was a kid I had a toy that said "Get real" but it really sounded like "Pick me up", so much that if I tried to hear "Pick me up", that's exactly what I would hear.
