In response to my last thread: a plea for help

As you don't know, I am Arison, and I am a scrub. The scrub of scrubs. As of my recent endeavors, I have been trying to get better with being a proficient Melee player. Although I am going to ask the community for some help. Is there anyone in the Cleveland, Ohio area that is willing to venture out (sorry, but I can't pay you, I'm short) and train with someone? Also, since I am a student and am trying to get into a really good high school right about now, and since I have no frickin' idea to search for these things, I need help trying to locate nearby tournaments so I can get to know the people of the community a little bit better. Arigato, and as always, thanks for helping out. I appreciate it!

yep, just join the facebook group. none of us really use smashboards anymore, all discussion happens in the group.

stop asking for advice if You refuse to listen.

quit being helpless and grind, I understand asking for help or wanting someone to play day to day.

but man we gave You advice, showed You videos and told You what You need, us all having been bad at this game before and then You spit up everything we said and make another thread asking someone to pay to come out and teach You how to play.

I seriously had no one who would even do friendlies with me for 4 years and I wanted someone to show me some magic way how to wd, then how to dd right, then to wd oos.

it took me forever to be able to wd right because I didn't wanta listen to online advice and just grind. I possible You'll fail over and over and over again and must people don't wanta sit there and watch they rather just play and it'll be even harder for You to learn basic tech skill.

take Your self serious, that said I,m sure a bunch of people will be willing to play, how incredibly lucky of You
