It's very character and stage specific on what you do. The worthwhile type of uair infinite would be the macro one which is the version that is character height and stage specific. If you have a correct character/stage combination (taller characters need higher plats for the marco version to work), you do a macro short hop uair and time your fast fall on the 3rd hit. Then you loop it. The reason you can't get it on the 4th is because you're still in the air long enough to hit them with the final hit, so you have to fastfall on the 3rd so you only get 4 hits
