Peach: Portobello (she says softly until she abruptly urges him with her teeth clenched)... Go back inside!

My colleague, Spotty, found a flaw in the metallurgy, and we would... (two hours later)... And there went the first turret. As for the second turret... (nine hours later) And it came tumbling down, but that's not all... When we were ready to leave the valley, a giant koopa tank bombarded us with shells... (four hours later) What's next? Oh... (eight minutes later) that's how I got my purple lung badge.

Cracks emerge from the ground, spilling green light. A serpentine beast rises from the earth, chewing up dirt and growling ferociously, steam blowing through his nose. Wide eyed, Ashley reaches for her wand, only to remember Red went home.

"HELP!!!" she shrieks

She tries to hit one but misses thanks to Gobblegut weaving in and out of the ground, destroying apple trees in the process.

Ashley and Red return to Peach's castle along with Kirby. It's nice to get to have friends for once, Ashley thinks. She falls asleep on the couch snuggling with Red. Finally, I feel happy.

Speaking of castle, after he was done helping Toad, Michele had headed to the castle, but merely to sleep... though it's possible he may have sleep-walked, considering that now he seemed to be sleeping on the floor.
