Persona: not overly familiar with the Persona games (I'm only playing through Persona 5 now, and it's my first time playing a game in this series), but maybe Yu Narukami? (or whatever the name of the Persona 4 protagonist is)

Quick update to this, since we've gotten more third party characters and I've actually played Persona 5.

: if we're limiting it to Persona 5, I think Makoto would be a good fit. If not, then I'll stick with the Persona 4 protagonist.

: I'm only playing through 8 now, so I'm not all that familiar with the series, but I think that DragonLord from Dragon Quest 1 would be an interesting addition.

: Gruntilda. Ideally, she'd have a secret taunt (like Pit, Snake, and the Star Fox characters) where she says a rhyming couplet taunting whoever she's fighting, like this but with the classic grunts.

: Part of me wants to go for another main protag or something classic like a Black Mage or Moogle, but I kinda like the idea of committing to FFVII so...either Barret or Tifa. Probably Tifa.
: This one’s tough too. Another main protag would be silly, so I would either pick a party member like Jessica or Sylvando, or something generic like a Slime. Probably Slime. I’m kinda curious as to how that would work.

True. If we’re talking strictly Fatal Fury characters, then I’d probably pick Geese. In my head, Terry is a KoF character since he’s so synonymous with those games. Not to mention the fact that Terry's stage, music, and spirits all include KoF content.
