Idea That Could Help New Players!

I don't know if someone has already thought of this, but I was wondering if there was an ssbm frame studio kinda thing. Like in a character text box you could put in "Marth" and for another box for moves you could put in "dtilt" or "fsmash" or whatever, and it would show you the frames and hitboxes of the moves for that character. If anyone has links to any character frame data or links to this if it already exists somewhere, please tell me them. Thanks !
