I see this thrown around a lot and I know that IASA frames means something along the lines of "instantly as soon as". I'm not really sure. Anyway, what does it stand for? What are some examples of Marth's IASA frames?

It means you can cancel the end of some animation with another action (walk, dash, attack, and probly some more). Marth's dtilt is a great example. I'm not sure exactly what the frame data is, but I know almost half of the animation can be skipped if you act during the IASA frames.
