I Need Help With 20XX

Ok. I'm a complete novice to all of this. I just joined Smashboards because I'm having problems with trying to find information. I see a lot of youtubers and twitch streamers with really good quality melee, what I mean is that it looks HD. How would I get 20XX to look HD? I see texture packs and different things like that but can someone link me to another thread or something that would help me?

I'm currently running the latest version of Dolphin and 20XX Hack Pack.

There are options in the graphics settings of dolphin to make the game look a little better. You can find them under the "enhancements" tab. Maybe play around with them. That might be the kind of effect you were talking about.
