I'd say use a sword fighter, I am a Terry main too and my main problem with him is his range and the Swordies have great range that can help if you are dealing with a character like Samus or another character good at keeping a distance between you and them.

Cloud has the best out of shield game. Puff literally can't do anything. Super easy to use just use terry against donkey Kong. That's a really bad matchup for cloud.
