I doubt that SSBB comes out earlier in Europe than in America.

Impossible, they don't prepare the game for Europe that fast.

In Japan it is released on the 24th January so no chance to get it one day later in Europe.

Unless you mean January 25th, 2009 then I can tell you right here and now that there's no way Europe is getting it a day after the Japanese and nearly a month before North America.

saying you can pre-order brawl for 25/01/08. I don't think its true since its already been announced that it is coming out in Q2 for Europe but, who knows, I could be wrong.
