I don't get SSE

I know a lot of people kinda dont get SSE.i kinda dont either

I have seen the starting of SSE,with Mario Peach Kirby Pit and Zelda,and that is part 1,but ive also seen a title of a video saying that a certain part of SSE was also part 1.

Does the story of SSE change when you get a new character,or by somthiin else?

The story doesn't change, no matter what. There's simply a few "parts" of the first "part" if you know what I mean.

all I really wanted to was if it ever changed.I checked the video and it said "Snakes Setup(Part 1 of 31) and i dont know if it was one part of part 1 but it might be.so thanx

There are no branching paths. At all. Disappointing, I know.
The "choose a princess to save" seems to be a branching path, but really all it does it change which characters you play as at a certain point.
