..Did he get buffed? I feel like my combo game has been so on point as of 3.5 and i'm getting vertical 0-deaths on a few characters..

Well...no not really.
Fair got better, and some things combo better. But in general he was pretty heavily nerfed. There's been quite a bit of discussion in the 3.5 thread, so I'd recommend checking that out.

I honestly think in the grand scheme he didn't really get nerfed, except the random glide and up b change.
