I can't seem to find a good Knuckles moveset mod...

I'm currently working on a mod pack for PM that emphasizes on the fun aspect of Melee rather than the competitive aspect, and I'm planning on adding custom characters such as Ridley and Geno. I know the PM development team was working on a custom Knuckles moveset, but they didn't release it, or did they? Whenever I search up a video on a Knuckles moveset mod, it shows a really well-developed moveset that I can't seem to find anywhere on Brawl Vault, or anywhere for that matter. Where can I find a really good Knuckles mod? I'll post the link to a video that shows what I'm looking for
