Smash Wii U I can't play as Yoshi in Classic Mode

I am unable to play as Yoshi in Classic Mode (Solo). Every time I select Yoshi and begin Classic Mode, instead of taking me to the difficulty selection screen, I am brought to an Error Code: 150-1031 screen.

Is this because of an error in the update, or is something just up with my Wii U/Disc? I am getting a feeling that the Yoshi trophy is the cause of the error (the same error occurred for the trophy for the Ghosts from Luigi's Mansion). Also, does overheating the Wii U oftentimes cause this error?

Answers would be appreciated asap.

This kind of thing also happens when I try to look at certain trophies, Trophy Hoard, and Trophy Shop. No idea why it happens.

For some odd reason, Trophy Hoard works well, and the Ghost Trophy crash occurred only once. I'm guessing that an update did affect the game.

Or maybe my game just overheated, and I needed to make it cool down. (I'm not sure if the Yoshi Classic Mode crash is still occurring)

Itr probably means something relaed to that screen is screwed up in the coding and can't load properly. Maybe the Yoshi circle in the select. Can you use other characters in classic mode?

Yes. I tried Marth and Little Mac. They work well.

Yes. I have not tested All-Star mode with Yoshi yet, but so far, Yoshi works in every gamemode aside from Solo Classic.

The game is fully updated, and Yoshi is still unplayable in Classic Mode. Strangely enough, when I played as Little Mac in Solo Classic Mode (no customs, 9.0 difficulty), Yoshi's trophy popped up, and I fought him without running into any errors. I think Yoshi's trophy is not the cause of the crashing anymore, but maybe some sort of code is messed up when Yoshi is picked for Classic Mode.
