I am sick of rooting for a minor league team that thinks it's a MLB team

Why do I even bother being a Marlins fan, When I go to a Marlins game I really want to cover a bag over my head, and besides once the Marlins start winning, our cheapskate f**k **** of an owner sells the team off for a bag of peanuts. He gives us the B.S rebuilding excuse, maybe the Marlins would be a good team if HE WOULD ACTUALLY INVEST IN OUR SUPERSTAR PLAYERS INSTEAD OF SELLING THEM OFF FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's hard to keep the superstars when their salaries are too much for the team to keep up for.
The woes of teams that have to depend on the farm system to get anywhere

That's rough being a Marlins fan right now. That franchise hasn't done anything fascinating since winning the World Series 10 years ago. On the Brightside at least Marlins fans can say they never lost a playoff series, but it would definitely be more fun to contend year after year. Do the Marlins even have any star players on their roster? I miss the day of Gary Sheffield. I don't know what it is going to take for the Marlins to get back to a good team again.

I'm a Detroit Tigers fan, and they were horrible in the 1990's/early 2000's. I realize where you are coming from. When the Tigers finally made the playoffs in 2006 it was shocking, and even more shocking they defeated the Yankees. When the Tigers were popping bottles of champagne for just winning a wildcard series, it was understood due to constantly having a losing season year after year after year, with often times 100+ loss seasons.

I hope the Marlins don't go through a decade plus more of losing seasons. It will be exciting when they get to make a playoff push, kind of like how it is nice to see the Pirates, Royals, and Orioles coming back into the mix of winning.

Well the Marlins do have Giancarlo Stanton and Jose Fernandez, but that's all I can think off.

The Tribe are only 7 back. It's not a good thing, but with about 30 odd some games to go in the season the Indians could make a surprise run and take the AL Central. Detroit and Cleveland play each other in a 3 game series one more time this season. Cleveland can reasonably cut the division lead to 5 games, maybe 4 by the time they meet if the Tribe stays reasonably close by the end of August.

I wonder how the Royals are going to play into this division race? I'm surprised KC has lasted this long into the season. The Royals could be in this till the end.
