Hurtland from Slap City! This is technically not a rip/port, both the model and textures were made from scratch using the original stage as a reference (except for the sky texture).

Goes over Mario's target test.
This was gonna be part of Melee XT v2.2 which... well, clearly didn't end up happening :p
And as such it's released separately. Use is allowed with credit, Ludosity for the original design and me for this version.
