How would this affect your character?

Hey Tenki lol, I have indeed tried Sonic with wavedash and hes too good. All of his moves can be wavedash canceled and his spinjumps/spinshots can all be platform canceled. I had some ideas for Sonic like a spiking Usmash, a better Dair spike, and to buff sweetspot Dsmash, and also a few other ideas like instant homing attack lol.

Apparently everyone thinks Sonic is broken and doesn't want to add my buffs though, bummer. He really needs the kill moves too.

Edit: His combos are not that great compared to say... Peach, Marth, MK, Fox, Falco, Diddy, Mario, Pikachu, Kirby, Dedede, and most the cast lol. Also Falcon, every move > Knee. He did get some new combos with the gravity mod codeset though, i'm looking forward to air momentum mostly.

lol, I don't think every move combos in the knee now that hitstun is lowered. Air momentum is coming shortly

Like everything else about Sonic, I'm quite sure Sonic combos will be quite unusual. forsee more persual type combos than just stringing attacks. Just from watching the vids of Sonic+Hitstun, I can tell that you should be able to attack, run and grab before hitstun ends with several moves.

Actually most can be DI'ed and jumped out of easily. The problem with the idea that Sonic can just "Catch-up" from anywhere is that most smart players will just DI off the stage. Thats why I'm hoping for Air momentum to make Sonic's edgeguarding a little better.

Also maybe aerials don't combo into knee as well anymore, but theres still Side-B > Knee, Dash Attack > Knee, Uthrow/Dthrow > Knee, heck I even got techchased with SH knee today. I'm not saying its bad, but I'm jealous my char got the short end of the stick here lol.

Wow, you can wavedash out of SDR. This is so broken.
SDR > wavedash input = fast wavedash?

Spinshot can be wavelanded as well. Sexy. And Sonic can airdodge after Spring :D

Lol the cool thing is mindgaming with SC. Its like your doing the motion for waveshining except faster and you don't hurt anybody. Spindash noises galore too.
