How to run Legacy XP on Mac Dolphin?

Title. I've done a lot of research, but I don't know how to mod my Brawl ROM to have Legacy XP. A few guides I found are meant for Windows or Wii. Is there any way to get Legacy XP running on a Mac using Dolphin?
