How to make signature?

I don't really have anywhere else to post this, so I'm just going to do it here.I have no idea how to make a signature, please help!

How to insert, if there's a different way to make the sig a GIF, please let me know. Image below is what I want my signature to be.

Just use the insert picture tool above where you type and insert the gif url. Should be as simple as that. Let me know if you have any problems.
