What's up everyone I'm really curious as to how people are able to make entirely new Final Smashes. Correct me if I'm wrong but they used Brawlbox and PSA right? Well regardless I just want to know the steps or a least some hints on how to make one. In case any of you still aren't familiar with new Final Smashes here is an example
Now do all of you see what I'm talking about. That's a good custom Final Smash you gotta admit!
