How to give other characters Peach's float?

I'm messing around in melee modding and am attempting to give characters other than peach peach's float, but I'm not sure how. Any help would be appreciated.

So does give every character a float, or can I choose which ones can use it? I'm trying to make gannon and mewtwo float. I read through your thread, but wasn't sure. very cool code btw
