How to deal with Falco's Side-B?

The best defense is a lot of frigging healing
Next time, post questions in the Q&A thread. I'll be moving this there later.
1. Utilt - Falco's UpB can clank with our Utilt, giving him several frames of landing lag. We can do just about anything to him during the time we're given (Dsmash, Usmash, Fsmash, Grab etc.).
2. Dtilt - Comes out fast and beats it.
3. Grab - If you can predict he'll do it, just face away from him and grab him after it hits your shield.
