How much longer do you guys think Melee will be alive for?

Alive meaning lots of tournaments, still the big national tourneys, amazing online coverage and a actively evolving community. Also, do you still think starting melee players should invest time into getting better and working their ways through the ranks?

If improving is fun to you, why wouldn't you go for it?
Maybe if you had very little in the ways of a local scene, but that's not related to the overall "aliveness" of melee

As long as more people come into the community, melee will never truly die.

Melee really won't die. Sure it could go back to the dark days (2007-2010), but as long as there are people who are passionate about Melee, it won't die.
