How Footstool Combo Captain Falcon

Hi, i'm french so sorry for my english :
I main Mario and i would like combo Captain Falcon in high percent (50% start) and i think to lock him into Footstool combo but i discovered it's not possible to Footstool combo Falcon because he is too heavy but it is really impossible ??
I think to lock him into jablock but he can tech it :/
What Can i do for 100% sure lock into kill a Captain Falcon with Mario.
