How does 75m keep avoiding getting cut?

How does the worst stage in the game has never been cut from a smash game? Plenty of better stages got cut but 75m has never been taken to the chopping block.

To this day I'm still surprised they never went with what would arguably be the vastly more iconic 25m stage.
Would have made for a much more fun stage to play on imo, especially with hazards off.

I guess because it's from such an iconic and important game which introduced two of Nintendo's biggest names. It also might help that it's completely different to all the other DK stages in terms of aesthetics, though I don't know how much of a role that realistically plays.

Agree about 25m being the more logical pick though

Not only is 75m so bad, they made it worse. From 4sh to Ultimate, it’s basically the same. But I’m Brawl, there was a large stretch of two layers in the upper right hand corner which was a place a semi fun casual match could happen. But in Sm4sh, they removed it and just made it black space for no reason and kept the blac space in Brawl! Why!

I mean I guess it's just the fact that porting a stage is easier than making a new one.

and that spirit battle against Pauline on this exact stage..just make you hate that stupid stage even more... if this match was on any other stage i would had won,

The stage design wise is actually pretty good. I enjoy playing on the Battlefield and Final Destination forms.

That being said, it's still nothing 25m can't replace. I have no idea how it has avoided getting cut.

I think the way the camera never zooms in when characters get close is one of the most annoying things about the stage.
