There are correct pronunciations for every word in Zelda, and I always use those.

Termina is probably based on the word terminal given the circumstances of the game so ter mih na would be most likely

Navi I've been pronouncing nay vee out of habit forever but now that I think about it, na vee is probably correct as a usually makes an ah sound in japanese. For the same reason deku is probably day koo I think, unless like termina these words have another root

Fi I could go either way on, some people have said that there could be some reference to the oracle of delphi there but I'm not sure how probable that is

I've always pronounced Fi's name the same ways as "Fee." I was actually a bit jarred when I found out that it was canonically pronounced "Fai" in Hyrule Warriors.

With a french accent, these are easy to pronounce
Well, Deku becomes Mojo, and Fi becomes Fay.

But words such as Navi, Termina or Farore are clear for a frenchie.

Sometimes, some words also get a "french" treatment, like Din, that we tend to prononce like 1 in French... With the letter D, of course.

About Fi, her name is generally written Fay or Phai in other languages. It does rhyme with Fry!

I pronounced a lot of Zelda words wrong when I played Zelda as a kid. Most of the examples will be from Zelda Ocarina of Time since that was the Zelda game I played most as a kid.

Some examples:

Kokiri Forest: Ko-ko-ree Forest

Hover Boots: Houhver Boots (how did I pronounce this wrong lol)

Hylian: Hy-lean (this may or may not be the correct way to say this but I have heard people pronounce this differently.)

Bombchu: Bomba-chu (I always put an "a" sound in there even though there is no "a" found anywhere at all in that word)

Farore: Pharaoh (I called it this since I was to lazy to call it anything else. Man, I sucked at reading when I was a kid.)
