Rant / Other How do I stop playing like **** in tournament?

I keep playing like **** in tournament, and it's been like this for years. I'll never understand how people say you're supposed to play better or "get serious", when ironically, I literally always play worse and mess up basic things. Pretty sure "practice" isn't the go here. I play 3-4 times a week before weeklies. Half the time I'm losing, it never feels like I'm being seriously outplayed as much as I am just bodying myself with my incompitence.

It's so ironic I play far better when I have nothing to lose...
