How do i modify jump height for certain characters?

Either i'm blind, or it's just not possible to modify these attributes, could someone tell me how?

In CrazyHand under Attributes, full jump is called "Jump V Initial Velocity", and short hop is called "Shorthop V Initial Velocity".

Oh, and by the way, there is no specific way to modify jump HEIGHT in Melee, you can only modify the VELOCITY you get when the game recognises your jump input. But obviously, it still does basically modify jump height, just thought I'd point that out.
