Smash Wii U How do I find Latin American SSB4 Communities?

I am pretty bad at Smash 4 because I rarely play with real people (the consequences of living here). For Glory is always very laggy because 80% of the people there are in the US, not to mention it's filled with players who like to spam counter, rolls, and projectiles. I could play with people at the Ladder, but it's filled with US people, and I lag a lot. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out by telling me Latin American communities. It would be great if it played both 3DS and Wii U, since my Wii U has a dirty disc reader (don't know how to clean it).
