How come my CSS screen with Giga Bowser,Warioman,and the alloys arent working?

I selected the mario at the bowser at the bottom but it wasnt Giga Bowser when i chose him.Why is that?

You also need to have the Giga and Company Engine code enabled. While the CSS Code puts the Giga Bowser slot on the CSS, it's actually selecting Bowser then using the engine code to put him in a permanent Giga Bowser state(Which also means it doesn't work in some modes, including online).
