I was watching, Little England's Sheik trials and I'm able to perform all of them consistently there's only two that give me trouble, them being ISAI drop needles and pivot F-tilts, so I'm wondering is there like some sort of rhythm to perform pivot f-tilts consistently or is it just a fast input. As well as how useful are the ISAI drop needles? Because they just look like they would be as useful as regular needles.

It's a pretty fast input, but in my opinion I feel like you could wavedash back and f-tilt and it would be just as effective. Pivot F-tilt doesn't seem optimal unless you have a REALLY short amount of time to throw something out, and I think I would probably throw out a pivot grab instead, but that's just what I would do. As for Isai drop needles, I noticed that Sung used Isai drop needles against S2J at SSS 30 in losers quarters.. Sorry I can't post links yet... But yeah I feel like they're for situational use.

I think shield drop needles would be even better than isai drop needles. And pivots are just 20XX super optimal stuff. My training partner does pivot tilts/etc with lucario in pm, and they're always so sick. I'd like to do more pivot Utilts with marth.

for frame data on shield/isai drops.

I'm not sure exactly what your question is, but I think the answer is yes, aerial needles. There might be a buffer window on the shield drop that is messing you up (the linked guide talks a lil about that), but you could also check this out: http://smashboards.com/threads/official-ask-anyone-frame-things-thread.313889/page-17#post-18494208 for info on how much lag you'll have after platform dropping in different ways.
